Responsible Apparel

Here at Gladhat, we are committed to ethical manufacturing. We carefully vetted and chose partners that respect both the earth, and their employees. This is definitely not the cheapest way to go, but for us, it was the only way. Nearly 100% of our clothing is manufactured in WRAP certified facilities.

What is a WRAP certified facility, you ask?

WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) is a globally recognized independent non-profit organization dedicated to promoting safe, lawful, humane and ethical manufacturing through certification and education. Companies accepted into the WRAP organization go through an extensive application process that ensures that sewn products are being produced under lawful, humane and ethical conditions.

Principals that the WRAP Certification includes are:
- Compliance with Laws and Workplace Regulations
- Prohibition of Forced Labor
- Prohibition of Child Labor
- Prohibition of Harassment or Abuse
- Compensation and Benefits
- Hours of Work
- Prohibition of Discrimination
- Health and Safety
- Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining
- Environment

Screen Printing and Embroidery

All of our screen printing and embroidery is done in our founding state of North Carolina and our current home of Idaho. We spent weeks deciding on the best partners for us and are stoked to work with some of the best in the state! Our chosen business partners not only do great work, but also love working with small businesses.

The Final Steps

Once the products arrive at Gladhat, they are inspected, tagged, and folded – ready for you to purchase them so they get to go to their permanent home.

Every order is then picked, packed, and shipped straight to you. We usually ship with USPS or UPS. We love packaging your orders and getting to continue to spread the coalition around the world. Every single order brings a smile to our faces.
